Mr. Mirzan Bin Mahathir Non-Independent Non-Executive Director Mirzan Bin Mahathir, a Malaysian aged 64, is our substantial shareholder and Non-Independent Non-Executive Chairman. He was appointed to our Board on 18 February 2019. He is not involved in the daily operations of our Group. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Computer Science from Brighton Polytechnic, UK in 1982 and obtained his master degree in Business Administration from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, USA in 1987. He has over 25 years of experience in the investment and financial services industry. He is currently the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Crescent Capital Sdn Bhd which he founded in 1991. Crescent Capital Sdn Bhd is an investment holding and independent strategic and financial advisory firm based in Malaysia. He was formerly Systems Engineer at IBM World Trade Corporation (1982 to 1985), Associate of Salomon Brothers in New York, USA (1986 to 1990), Executive Chairman of Sabit Sdn Bhd (1990 to 1992) and Executive Chairman and President of Konsortium Logistik Berhad (1992 to 2007). He currently holds directorships in Petron Corporation, SBI Offshore Ltd and other private companies. |

Datin Wira Yvonne Lim Chee Ting Managing Director Datin Wira Lim Chee Ting, a Malaysian aged 54 is one of our co-founders, substantial shareholder and Managing Director. She has been a Director of our Company since incorporation. She is also our Promoter. She graduated with a Bachelor of Education from Universiti Sains Malaysia in 1999. Upon graduation, she began her career as an economics and mathematics teacher in Methodist Boys‟ School in Pulau Pinang in 1999. In 2001, she was transferred to Sekolah Menengah Raja Tun Uda, where she taught commerce, accounts and mathematics, until her resignation in 2010. In 2008, she was appointed as a Director of Public Fine Gold International Sdn Bhd, which was set up to undertake the business of gold bullion trading, till her resignation in 2011. In 2010, she was appointed as Director of Pajak Gadai Mewah Sdn Bhd, a licensed pawnbroking business. In 2011, she was appointed as a Director of Public Gold Marketing Sdn Bhd, a gold trading company, a position she held till August 2018. Further in 2012, she also co-founded AISB together with Dato’ Wira Ng Chun Hau under the name Public Safe Management Sdn Bhd, to carry out the business of providing safe deposit boxes for rental. In 2014, she was appointed as Director of Takzim Harapan Sdn Bhd, a company involved in the investment and rental of properties. Commencing April 2017, AISB ventured into the design, manufacturing, marketing and distribution of hand-finished and modern jewellery made from 18k gold and Murano glass under the AURORA ITALIA brand. She has more than 10 years’ experience in the gold and precious metal trading business. |

Lim Say Leong Independent Non-Executive Director Lim Say Leong, a Malaysian aged 52, is our Independent Non-Executive Director. He was appointed to our Board on 18 February 2019. In 1992, he obtained his CIMA Professional Accountancy Qualification with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) UK and was admitted as a Associate of the CIMA in 1995. He was registered as a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants in 1996. In 1999, he was admitted as an Associate Member of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia and received his Master of Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University, UK. Upon his graduation from CIMA, Lim Say Leong started his career as an Accounts Executive with Kheng Hwa Paper Sdn Bhd in 1992. In 1993, he left Kheng Hwa Paper Sdn Bhd to join Denko-HLB Sdn Bhd as an Accountant. He was subsequently promoted to the position of Finance and Administration Manager, Head of Department and Chief Executive Officer in 1995, 1997 and 1999 respectively. In 1999, he was then appointed as Group Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Denko Industrial Corporation Berhad, the holding company of Denko-HLB Sdn Bhd, until his resignation in 2005. His primary responsibilities were to reorganise and restructure a rescue of Denko Industrial Corporation Berhad. In 2004, he became a partner in Sunneveld Bakery Bistro Sdn Bhd, a food and beverage chain business. He disposed this food and beverage chain business in 2009. From 2007 to March 2010, he joined G.A. Blue International Berhad as Group Chief Executive Officer. He co-founded Everise Concepts Sdn Bhd in March 2009 and was appointed as the Director. The company is principally involved in the wholesale and distribution of fast-moving consumer goods via retail and online channels. In 2015, he converted Everise Concepts Sdn Bhd to a limited liability partnership named Everise Concepts PLT where his role was as a Finance Director. In October 2018, he left Everise Concepts PLT and joined Global Goodway Sdn Bhd as Financial Controller in November 2018. |

Lim Su May Independent Non-Executive Director Lim Su May, a Malaysian aged 48, is our Independent Non-Executive Director. She was appointed to our Board on 1 August 2022. She has more than 25 years of experience in the Malaysian capital market especially in the area of equity/debt promotion, advisory, structuring, execution and placements, merger & acquisition advisory and business matching, strategic planning & investments and most recently involved in development of policies. Su May began her career in investment banking in 1997 and brings with her more than 20 years of investment banking experience having served in senior positions in several Malaysian top financial institutions (including CIMB Investment Bank Berhad and RHB Investment Bank Berhad) as well as a Middle Eastern bank (Alkhair International Islamic Bank Berhad). In the year of 2011 to 2019, she was the Head of Investment Banking Department in MUFG Bank (Malaysia) Berhad. She assisted the Bank to diversify and grow its business in investment banking via debt capital markets solutions, securitization, project finance, export credit agency financing solutions as well as identifying mergers and acquisitions targets to buy-side investors from Japan. She was the Executive Vice President, Listing Development of Bursa Malaysia Berhad from year June 2019 to June 2022. She headed the promotional/marketing and market development team tasked to promote both primary markets and secondary fund-raising activities on Bursa Malaysia Berhad as well as to spearhead initiatives that enhance the fund-raising ecosystem, making it a conducive platform for Initial Public Offering aspirants and/or public listed companies. Su May holds a Bachelor of Science (Economics), First Class Honours from University of London. Currently, she also sits on the Board of Inter-Pacific Securities Sdn. Bhd. and Inter-Pacific Asset Management Sdn. Bhd. |

Dato' Louis Wira Ng Chun Hau Non-Independent Non-Executive Director Dato' Wira Ng Chun Hau, a Malaysian aged 54, is one of our co-founders, substantial shareholder and Non-Independent Non-Executive Director. He was appointed to our Board on 18 February 2019. He is also our Promoter. He graduated with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 1992. He is a licensed representative dealer from Bursa Securities and has more than 10 years of stockbroking experience. Upon graduation, he began his career as an engineer with AMD Devices (M) Sdn Bhd in 1992. In 1996, he joined Smith Zain Securities Sdn Bhd as a Remisier, a position he held till 2005. From 2006 to 2007, he spent both the years assessing the potential of gold trading as a business and preparing the groundwork for entering this industry. In 2008, he founded Public Fine Gold International Sdn Bhd to undertake the business of gold bullion trading. Subsequently in 2010, he was appointed as an Executive Director of Pajak Gadai Mewah Sdn Bhd, a licensed pawnbroking business. In 2011, he founded PGMSB, a gold trading company. Subsequently in 2012, he was appointed Executive Chairman of Public Gold Marketing Sdn Bhd and its group of companies. In 2011, he was appointed as the Honorary Member of the Kuala Lumpur Malay Chamber of Commerce. In 2012, he co-founded AISB together with Datin Wira Lim Chee Ting under the name Public Safe Management Sdn Bhd. He has more than 10 years of experience in the gold and precious metal trading business. He also co-founded the Malaysia Gold Association on 25 March 2015 and is a columnist of 2 newspapers with regards to the gold industry since 2010 where his monthly articles aim to create awareness on gold and silver as mediums of investment. He has been a recipient of several awards over the years, namely the Malaysia Book of Records 2009 for the first locally manufactured certified gold bullion bar in 2009, Golden Bull Award 2011 in 2011 and World‟s first Shariah-compliant physical gold trading company in 2016. |

Lim Say Leong Independent Non-Executive Director Lim Say Leong, a Malaysian aged 52, is our Independent Non-Executive Director. He was appointed to our Board on 18 February 2019.
